DulceSkull is responsible for your purchase until it is in the Post Office's hands. After that, it is out of our control and I recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. This insurance will protect you against loss, damage or theft. I will resend the purchased product at NO CHARGE, provided you have purchased this insurance and sent picture proof.
If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost, damaged or stolen I cannot provide a replacement.
Claims for damaged products must be filed within one week of receiving the shipment, with picture evidence.
Claims for lost shipments must be filed at least 14 days after shipment and no later than 30 days after shipment.
Please be aware that if you have to make a claim, it could take 1-2 weeks for me to resolve it depending on your order.
